The next day I started to install the exhaust manifold and the turbo. After that I could assamble the HKS air filter. Het engine bay of the crx does not got too much space left, but as u can see on the pictures it all fits nice. On the 2nd picture u can see the adjustment made on the radiator fit. This to gain a little more space for the downpipe and dumbtube. Because of the hard Ha-sport engine mounts the engine doesn't moves to much, so the little clearance between the manifold and the radiator should be enough.

Nou the turbo was in it's place, I could finally try and fit the intercooler piping. I wanted the piping to route as short as possible, without cutting my front bumper. This was quite a challenge after all. But after a long time of thinking I made it work. At first I installed the intercooler:

The intercooler piping part attached to the intake manifold had to be cut to make it fit.

I decided to customize the intercooler to a backdoor version. So I grinded a part out of the side of it, and made a custom piping part what would fit the intercooler. The local welder did the rest. After all a very good decision.

On this picture u can see the rear view of the intercooler and how it's welded. It fits perfect between the radiator and the chassis.
